Allow for mountain roads in winter
A late same-day cutoff does not remove the effect of snow, distance or a mountain route. Place time-sensitive orders earlier when the recipient is outside Yerevan or the weather is unsettled.
Identifying hotels, workplaces and hospitals
A hotel order needs the booking name and arrival date, while an office needs the company and department. Check a hospital’s flower policy before adding the patient’s registered name and ward.
Arranging an Armenian sympathy tribute
Funeral flowers are available in Armenia. Include the family or deceased name, venue, service time and a contact who can receive the tribute before the ceremony.

What are your normal delivery hours?
Our local florists usually deliver between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone.
What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 04:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. During peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and Easter, the cutoff time may be earlier.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
You can request a preferred delivery time, but exact times cannot be guaranteed, as deliveries depend on florist routes and workload.
